Good ideas with a need to break from the mothership

Pros

Good company that has a some decent growth and good ideas on how to change the marketplace. The leadership has been upgraded in the last few years with people who have more vision.

Cons

Dealing with a corporate mothership above is sometimes challenging when they don't have the same goals. Could use more ways to get a career path.

Team members want to do the right thing when they can or have time to.

Cons

moving too big too fast and can't provide quality service or product. Vision is to grab all the accounts and have it created and fixed by development after contracts are signed. Career path only set up for manager favorites; There is no work life balance and values are based on wall street marketing flyer.

Good people in the team (negate the boss) . Lot of knowledge sharing

Cons

No structure, design document, or design pattern in place. Technology wise they are backward. Bosses are bossy with lot of ego and attitude. They will make your life very hard.
