Pros

Great salary, great people who are dedicated to their work. The company offers flexibility and good benefits.

Cons

Rapid acquisition mode promoted a lot of chaos, turnover and lack of communication. Product deadlines were constantly missed. This is a very stressful work environment.

People who aren't making company-affecting decisions are awesome. Willing to help, knowledgeable, friendly, awesome.

Cons

Unfortunately, the people making critical decisions at Medicity are unqualified as managers. Unprofessional, derogatory, lack vision, do not understand client, product or employees. Medicity is unafraid to make a promise and fail to deliver. Employees who bring this up are ignored, shunned, and can plan on never moving around in the company.

Pros

The people are some of the brightest I've worked with; always at the forefront of technology and riding the bleeding edge; good atmosphere, most employees want to be there.

Cons

Communication fails all over the place - right hand not talking to the left, even within the same department. Software sometimes is prematurely released and causes major headaches for account managers, developers, QA, and operations. No budgets.
