Management is messy. Everyone is either a analyst or "VP" of something Management doesn't really like to do much, but laud about "productivity" Expect you to be there at 8am and stay till 7pm but waltz in themselves at 10 and leave at 3

Pros

Most positions offer flexible schedules. Perks like coffee and tea in the break room and free downtown parking. FUN employee activities throughout the year like family summer picnic, bring your kid to work day, and Christmas party. Employee-focused work environment. The work we do is complicated and extremely challenging but leadership understands that. They listen to employee survey results and implement changes to resolve ongoing issues. I've noticed a positive shift in the last six months and am looking forward to the progress we'll make as a team in 2016.

Cons

Can be stressful. Not all employees put in a 100% effort, so you feel like you're picking up slack a at times.

Pros

The culture and people that work at Medicity are it's greatest strength. They have a fun squad that work to come up with fun activities for the employees and their families. Their offices are professional and well maintained.

Cons

They are not as cohesive between departments as they need to be to develop solid solutions. They don't have enough people in development and QA positions. They are starting to outsource more and more work to offshore resources.
