      Pros

      Love the people I work with and believe in what we do and why we do it. Beautiful buildings and a great location.

      Cons

      Company has gotten too big. People are overworked and underpaid. No work/life balance.

      Company is growing,have a great sales trainer, and base pay was solid

      Cons

      They have no idea how to grow, metrics are completely unattainable long term and turnover is at a ridiculous rate. If you weren’t one of the original members of this company good luck making it past a year as the internal politics is bad.

      Pros

      When I first started at Medicus it was a small company of a little over 100 employees. As I have seen the company grow I have seen amazing things change and for the good! There is an awesome training program now to help all the new employees understand the business. They at building a 3rd building to hold us all in! Medicus is not just a place to work but a place to build relationships. It’s like working with family. This is not just a job for me but it is a career. I have helped people grow in their roles to become successful. Medicus finds people’s stentghs and thrives off of them. There are many different programs that are offered, Medicus fit, Medicus mingles. If you want to work hard but play hard this is the place for you

      Cons

      One would need to put in the work to get where they want. This is not an easy job where one can skate by. You need to be driven and okay with being stressed. If you want to be apart of a growth company and put the hard work in then Medicus is the place to be
