      1. Compensation and earnings potential in the BDE role 2. Autonomy given to those who are performing well (may vary by department) 3. Groups and committees within the company that support the culture and encourage one to mix with colleagues outside of a silo 4. Meritocratic beliefs & CEO's desire to get back to that (belief in the vision)

      Cons

      1. Benefits package could be better 2. Salary for recruiters 3. Company wide events are on a down-slide (pot luck, leave early Fridays) 4. Retention rates of many roles
