I have been at Medicus for 5 + years and have witnessed a lot of positive change during the transition. The leadership team has accomplished several important and critical initiatives in a short time. The impact has been far reaching. Impressive C-suite CEO, CFO & CIO expertise, depth and track records Improved communication from top down- weekly updates in division meetings on numbers/ key initiatives Technology better than EVER! Professional IT, Operations and Project Management team The department just implemented probably the biggest rollout - some bumps but team was prepared. The data and reporting is so much more sophisticated than our old system. Professional environment -culture has changed a lot. Very impressed with most of the VP’s. Flexibility - there is work life balance! I have experienced it first hand. It is no longer a culture of being rewarded, or looked at as being “extremely” committed for working 80 -90 hours- being on line all hours of the night. Business is dynamic and ever-changing!
