Thank you for your review! Being in the right role is critical. We spend a lot of time at work, so knowing we are in a position that excites us and enables us to do our best work is so important. We have seen a great deal of internal movement over the years, as new opportunities have opened up across the Company. We encourage our people to speak to their manager at any time if a role opens up internally that could better utilize their skills. Medicus really is an amazing place to work. I hope that when people join Medicus, they see what I see… a culture is like no other and teams with the kindest, caring, hardworking, outstanding individuals. There are so many people who work to bring different programming and events to Medicus so that everyone can feel like they belong when they come to work. We encourage getting involved from the start – from social events to health and wellness events and free gym classes for employees, to Book Club, Tech Club, Green Club, and a basketball and golf league, Medicus is an environment where there is truly something for everyone.
