Pros

Medicus has a fast paced, high-energy work environment. There are great benefits, including short-term disability. There are employee functions/outings, culture committees and more, that all make you feel included and valued within each department of the company. At Medicus I don't feel like just a number. I would be proud to bring/share/refer Medicus to my family and friends. Medicus is overall an awesome place to work. They stay true to their core values even when we are growing so rapidly. It's really exciting to be part of a company like Medicus!

Cons

There isn't enough time in the day to complete all the tasks that I would like.

1. Work Life Balance 2. Work Environment 3. Medicus Mingles (Which is events put on by the Marketing Team during work hours as well as outside of work) 4. Monthly Awards Ceremony 5. Meritocracy 6. Getting paid for how hard you work 7. Management realizes the hard work that you do for the company 8. Opportunity to grow and make money 9. The ability to work with their employees and help them grow 10. Training Team

Cons

1. Only one cold brew machine. But seriously Medicus is the best company I have ever worked for hands down. I cannot think of any cons.

Pros

- Constant support from management and peers. - Thorough training throughout the hiring process, and continually while you are working. - More than anywhere I have ever worked I can say this company TRULY cares for you as an employee and as a person. - While the job is a grind, the company makes a very good effort to have some fun and engage it's employees with monthly activities.

Cons

It can be a little tough to get your footing at first, but if you stick with it you will have no issues succeeding.
