Leadership here is top tier. My team lead goes above and beyond to help me succeed, with weekly one-on-ones that truly make a difference. Every day I come to work, I’m pumped because we have such a great team in our department. Leadership genuinely cares about me, and I can tell. The PTO is very generous—I’ve gone on multiple trips and still consistently perform well. As someone straight out of college, I’m incredibly happy and content in my role. I feel fully supported by my team. New hires on my team hit the ground running thanks to the buddy program, which pairs them with a tenured recruiter to mentor them. This company is truly one of a kind. Everyone keeps telling me it’s a diamond of a company, and from my experience, it absolutely is. Also, the training for every podium is top tier—eight weeks of extensive, high-quality training. If you’re someone who wants to make an impact on the world, this job is it. The earning potential is there, and the growth potential is real. I’ve seen people get promoted to team lead within just eight months and go on to make a huge impact.
