      Pros

      The potential for professional growth at Medicus is incredible. The "work hard, play hard", meritocracy mentality really shows that if you put in the time and effort you can obtain advancement and growth you're working for. Everyone is beyond friendly and the after work "mingles" events are a great way to socialize with peers and meet new people in a relaxed but professional environment!

      Cons

      Medicus is a sales company at its core, so the technical side of things can be slightly undervalued. Management definitely sees value in the tech side of things, however they are slower to move on "tech opportunities" than sales ones.

      Pros

      Medicus has a very positive and healthy work environment. The company shows how much they value and care about their employees in so many ways. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. There is a great team mentality and everyone is willing to help out anyone who needs help. I feel very valued at this workplace. This is the type of company I would want to work at for a lifetime.

      The company culture, ability to grow into leadership positions and very competitive salaries make this company great to work for. In a time of extraordinary growth, Medicus is a great company to work for

      The fast pace of this company experiencing unprecedented growth is not for everyone.
