      excellent benefits, the upper management is involved on a personal level and cares deeply about the culture of the company, great atmosphere for growth, in a positively challenging environment.

      Cons

      in a highly motivated, success-driven company, it can be distressing to face challenges.

      Strong Leadership- Executive Leaders are highly engaged and take time to get to know their employees. You feel like you are joining a company that cares about who they bring on-board and are committed to their success. Medicus is committed to creating an environment that balances hard work and effort with having fun. They work hard to keep employees engaged through company events and activities-good ones too! Gym onsite- with classes 2-3 times a day.

      Cons

      It is truly a sales environment-hard work is rewarded but mediocrity is not tolerated. Must be comfortable with a changing environment and high expectations.
