Medicus Healthcare Solutions is a great company to work for! From a Recruiting stand point, this is a great company for someone just entering the Recruiting world to get started! From the top-down, the Corporate Leadership team offers great guidance, advice, and holds it accountable. The West Coast Office is night and day from the East Coast office. Two different philosophies, but similar results are created. Matt Presti is an experienced recruiter, with great insight on the best methods to Direct Recruit, Rebuttal Objections, and gauge a prospects value. His leadership style offers room for mistakes, while providing a balance of coaching and management. Charity is a high energy Director! She expects a lot of her staff, but that is simply because she knows what each and every one of her Recruiters, ADE's, and PSC's are capable of performing! Very well liked, appreciated, and understood! And finally, Jimmy Forsyth! The kid is a machine! He coaches and mentors at a high level! Produces even greater results! Definitely the leader by example! Has a great way with words and his communication skills are great!
Cons
Smaller Office, change is inevitable. Ultimately, the corporate structure will eventually make its way into the West Coast office. All you can do adapt, prepare, and accept it. That's what happens when a company grows by 30% annually for eleven years!
