Pros

Still has the founder led culture despite recent acquisition, great parties, great culture, innovative company that reinvests in R&D and constantly improving

Cons

knowledge exists within certain groups and can be disparate. Long slog to develop knowledge across all the products/teams.

Great people and good mission

Pros

* Good separation of duties between Product and Engineering * Great NYC office with convertible sitting/standing desks for all * Support for interest groups, like Latinos in Tech or Women in Tech * Good healthcare options. (not 100% employer-covered though)

Cons

* Large company doesn't allow for much individual impact * Not much general interest in happy hours or social events
