Great people doing important things to help people

Pros

Positive work environment - feel really supported by everyone on my team. I can see the impact we have on advancing medical research and proud to be part of it.

Cons

Being remote plus the days of COVID-19, it can be challenging to figure out who to go to for what and when. My manager and team are very supportive but as a big company, which is currently transitioning to part of an even larger organization, some days it can be challenging.
