6yThank you for your feedback. It's disappointing to hear that you're not having a positive employee experience. Career development is important to us, so we offer a variety of live in-person and virtual on-demand resources and trainings for employees and people leaders. Employees are encouraged to fill out their goals for growth and development in Workday and have multiple check-ins over the course of the year with their manager to ensure transparency. We also advise all managers to have regular check-ins with their team members to maintain alignment. We will continue to work on bridging this gap and improving the system.
