      Getting through probation

      Reasonable salary, monthly free breakfast

      Cons

      After 6 months verbally advised probation cleared, BUT then very cruelly advised probation not cleared, very bizarre. When challenged pointed to small print on contract to say probation only cleared when stated in writing First time experience and hopefully last Since moved on with other employer on similarly challenging role , stated probation period 6 months but this wonderful employer cleared my probation after 3 months

      Pros

      Great product - everything is unified platform oriented. Organizationally structured to support sales and delivery. Wise use of backoffice systems. Investment in people and technology is deep Support is second to none. IT support is best I've ever seen. Everyone helps. Management is strategic. Work hard and play hard is real. Even remote employees get together socially. Expectations are high, rewards are high.

      Cons

      I could nitpick, but there are no legitimate cons. The pace isn't for everyone. If you aren't a high effort person, you won't like it.
