Easy and relaxed work environment. Open Plan office. Top floors - Balcony Game room Prayer rooms Resting rooms Phone rooms to make your calls privately. No Micro Management. Dress code: smart casual Work From Home. Discounts and incentives on such as shopping and gyms/leisure centres

Cons

Strict rules on device usage. So can only use approved tools/devices. Holiday allowance is not great and falls on minimum (I think they would have lowered it if they could).

Really nice work environment, helpful and friendly colleagues, ample learning opportunities, good salary.

Cons

There is a ton of hierarchy and their tech processes are surprisingly antiquated.
