Pros

Amazing people, from single contributors to top executives. Everyone I work with from around the globe is positive and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. The products and direction are clear and very well thought out. Pay is good, benefits are very good, and the work environment is very good. Location in SF is in a fairly new building in a great location in FiDi.

Cons

The ONLY "con" I can come up with is that San Francisco is one of the most expensive cities in the country, even the public transportation is pricey.

Pros

Twenty first century corporate culture. Everybody is encouraged to bring ideas to the table. Many of those ideas are adopted by senior leadership. Thinking outside the box is encouraged. Many positions are 100% remote. The company has an excellent infrastructure set up to support seamless remote work, which enables employees to bring their best to work regardless of their zip code. Highly collaborative environment with self-driven teams. Impressive CEO.

Cons

401K plan could be better.

Pros

Everyone that I have asked for help has been willing and able. If someone does not know the answer to your question, they usually have an idea of someone who does, or someplace you can look for that information.

Cons

At a company growing as fast as MD is, things are always changing. This can be a Pro and a Con. Things are usually improving, but making sure you are doing things the new way can be a challenge.
