      Pros

      Joined Medidata two months ago and I'm a happy camper here. Hiring process was relatively smooth and friendly and my first week experience were terrific. I was welcomed on my first day by employees from different departments, had a team lunch almost every week and a few conversations with my new manager. Office is really accommodating and people are just friendly.

      Nothing so far- hopefully there won't be any

      Pros

      Good SW development projects. Processes are still not fully formalized, sometimes it is a good thing. You get to work with very talented people.

      Cons

      Co ordination between various teams is not ideal. Market leader in their domain. Need to be more quick in bringing products to market.
