This is an innovative, cool place to work. People are smart and talented and passionate about what they do. Great company parties and employee get-togethers - people enjoy hanging together. Management is respectful of employees and there's no discrimination or politics like at other companies. People get promoted if they deserve it. HR is supportive of employees and has a focus on training and career advancement. Good pay and benefits. Most of the executives are actually cool people. Glad I found this place!

-Communication - there needs to be more communication from the senior executives about vision, progress, where we are. -Because of the growth, some of the offices are crowded. -Because of the growth, there's a lot of work for some groups.
