      Aggressive Targets, the usual challenges with new, innovative products, growing red tape/burdensome processes. History of instability in Sales Leadership.

      Pros

      Great people and great mission. Getting better drugs to market quicker to treat patients more effectively is a hard mission to feel badly about. Fantastic team in Hammersmith.

      Cons

      Incredibly political and back stabby at times. The hallmarks of a US owned public company in other words. New York is the mothership and it's hard to engage from Hammersmith. You either fit in or you dont and if you dont you are not really given much leeway: you're out pretty quickly.
