      I have been working for Medidata for almost one year. I have found the work environment to be great. The people are nice and the managers are very knowledgeable and understanding of every employee's personal needs.

      Cons

      Working with Pharma companies is a constant change with their needs.

      lots of good people good pay great location great work environment

      Cons

      company suffers from a lot of departmental fiefdoms, lots of technical debt. way too much effort being spent in maintaining systems that need to be replaced,skilled workers are overworked, while mediocre workers skate by.
