Pros
-Founders are still very passionate about the company -Intern program was well managed when it came to social events, exposure to many departments and the opportunity to learn more about them. -Fun happy hours and parties and fun company culture.
Cons
-While some (now former) HR employees were great at managing their programs, others are not. -Employees do not seem passionate about the actual product.
