      - Your input and suggestions are valid and valued - You'll have the opportunity to pursue other areas of interests beyond formal job duties - Great leadership - No micromanaging - you're trusted to do your job - Tuition reimbursement - A lot of great benefit options - Everyone is really nice and welcoming - great coworkers

      While there are a lot of great options for medical benefits - they are a bit pricey if you have more than one dependent.

      Nice salary and benefit offer

      Cons

      This company is unethical, will tell a prospective employee anything to get them on board but will breach the contract on all points. The position requires 24/7 availability but the company will not pay beyond the 40 hr/wk. Management will fabricate disciplinary issues to discredit employees that question ethics and employment breaches.
