      Pros

      Life and work balance is great. If asked to work more than the standard 40 hour week then compensation is paid either monetarily or in time off. The company has never had layoffs in its many decades of business. Corporate culture is positive. People are always willing to help each other solve problems. Innovative ideas are encouraged.

      Cons

      Salary is competitive, but generally on the lower end. Most software is coded in a proprietary language.

      Pros

      Easy and slow average day to day. The bar is set so low it's impossible to not be a top performer. Good recent grad position or desperate for a developer role. Advice: Use it as a stepping stone.

      Cons

      Proprietary tech stack gets you locked out of industry trends. Management wants everything done yesterday. Favoritism is big here. Salary is well below industry standard and doesn't improve but considering how easy it is, it's free money (pro?).
