      -Expected to work extensively -Low work/life balance -Some (definitely not all) managers are very poorly qualified/imposter syndrome/egotistical/elitist -Everyone is a chief with very little doers on-staff -Difficult to gain head count -Behind the times in corporate culture -Large nepotism issue

      Great Business but Terrible Family-Run Boys Club Culture

      Pros

      Business is very profitable, great building and location

      Cons

      Boys club with super egos, nepotism, terrible HR, no manager training, zero diversity, not much talent from other companies, very junior managers, bad pay, expensive benefits. There are many good people there, but they have to fully support the boys club, or they are out.

      Pros

      There were no pro's. Usually had weekends off but they would randomly tell you that you were required to work weekends with less than one day of notice! And if you did not work those required weekends they would fire you!

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible hours, inconsistent shifts, LIES, LIES LIES!!! They will short your pay! They will promise bonuses and not deliver. You will earn bonuses and they will make up excuses to not give them to you! This is by far the worst company I've ever seen much less worked for!!!
