      At first medline was a good company to work for but it all went downhill years later.

      Pros

      There are no pros at medline unless your a high ranking worker.the lower class workers is just a replaceable number to them.

      Cons

      This company will find ways to rid of you no matter how many years you worked for them,thier new policy don't make any sense fire you for someone's else's errors and expect you to be OK with that.thanks.for firing me after 13 years of service I'm glad to not work for medline the dump.ill tell anybody don't work for medline they are no good that's why they got sued for cheating thier employees out of overtime.anyway life's goes on I found something better.

      Mismanaged, micromanaged, splintered company

      Pros

      Stability of company. Awesome fitness center, except it has cameras and they time how long you're there.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Top management tears down everyone in monthly meetings. Very poorly managed company, everyone is always tense. The person who brought me in left after she realized how futile it was, and they didn't really want to embrace the future.
