Pros
PTO payout for unused time. Good tuition reimbursement program. It really is about the division you work for, but the culture is definitely not geared for the modern workforce.
Cons
No strategy or goals to follow. Bonus difficult to get and the pay is under industry averages across many divisions. No flexibility in terms of commuting or working from home. Travel to destinations is expected to be done on your time, not the companies. management is constantly belittling employees and not much is done to build morale, confidence, or provide a sense of accomplishment.
