      Unorganized, Unstructured, Favoritism, No parking, Multiple delayed paychecks.

      Diversity and inclusivity issues .ok place to work

      Nice helpful coworkers ,paid lunch.

      Cons

      The last 2 people let go in manufacturing were people of color (including me), I have seen my white coworkers(not all) sleep on the job, be on the their phones constantly , on just sit and do nothing in front of the ceo .poc are treated differently blatantly and gaslit by micro aggressions in manufacturing including management.
