You are treated like family. The owner really cares that we are all happy and enjoy our jobs along with Management. MedMinder has a fun working environment. I personally can’t wait for Monday mornings to go to work!

Pros

Start-up has a lot of room for growth and are open to new ideas and ways of doing things. Really feels like you make a difference and you are important and part of a team. Everyone is friendly and willing to help! Idea behind the device is genius and I wish I thought of it myself! Pay is good and vacation time generous as well!

Cons

Need more parking and a standard order of operations. If everyone was doing tasks the same way, there would be less confusion. Also need one central system for al departments.
