Love the atmosphere, motivation and dedication from everyone on our team. There's no such thing as a solution we can't solve. In my opinion what we're accomplishing is amazing.

I have been with the company for two years and it has been great fun. Company is growing fast, very innovative and a very nice atmosphere. Feels like family. We all feel that we are helping the elderly and their family members.

1) All the people that I work with are really, really good people and actually a lot of fun to work with! It is like you are a part of a family, except that you actually LIKE your co-workers! (Which is very rare!) 2) My boss (the CEO) is an awesome guy! Very smart, innovative and a very nice person! This is huge because if you and your boss don't get along, I don't need to tell you what that work environment is going to be like! (And no, he did NOT pay me to write this!!!) 3) The company and its products and services!! Every single day, we enhance the lives of people who may be suffering due to various illnesses, and we do whatever we can to help ease their lives (and also the lives of their caregivers). Things can be tough sometimes, however, knowing the impact we are having on our patients/clients, it is all worthwhile!

Cons

MedMinder is a "Start-up," so it has its "Growing Pains," but if you can handle those "pains," AND grow with the company (and contribute to its growth) you will love it here!
