- Nepotism: Everyone at the company is related, so as an outsider you are immediately treated differently. - High turnover: There are no tenured Account Managers, other than the founder. The position generally lasts about a year.

Pros

Small company vibe which allows you to have a family/friend group like relationship and get involved in many projects outside your job description. Everyone is very chilled, no company drama, no uptight or pretentious people, no unnecessary bureaucracy or formalities. Employees can chose between being remote or going to the office, which is a must for me personally.

Cons

It is a regulated industry so there is an extensive onboarding period and a large amount of periodical SOP trainings which can be tedious at times. No stock options.
