Pros

Wonderful, supportive and collegueal culture. Strong commitgment to continuous improvement and doing what we can to help patients. One of the best benefits programs around. Very caring management. Lots of fun activities embedded into day-to-day operations. Fantastic COO with unending commitment, dedication and energy

Cons

There used to be some "silos" present, but these are being eliminated as development and delivery learn to work more seamlessly.

Innovative, engaging working environment. Great on-boarding and training process. Management cares about employees and customers. Great benefits and the people are awesome!
