Pros

Great company to work for. The employees of MedNet are passionate and great to work with. There are very smart and talented people in all areas of the company. The benefits package is way above standard in not only the coverage it provides, but it's also low cost. Environment is casual and friendly.

Cons

The company is scaling and growing in all departments. This comes with some of the standard "growing challenges" but the progress has been great and the future outlook even better.

Pros

I've found MedNet to be a wonderful place to work. The company has an exciting new product that is being very well received by the market and the future of the company looks very bright. The management team is open, honest and friendly. They also provide very competitive salaries, flexible working hours, and have an excellent benefit plan.

Cons

Since the company has, for the most part, funded its own growth (without significant outside investments), the company has to be quite frugal in how it spends it's money (hiring new people, funding marketing programs, etc.). It would be nice to have more money to fund faster company growth.
