      Pros

      I liked working here, they hired me right out of school and I got good experience. When I was there, they changed up the WFH policy which resulted in a lot of people coming to Glassdoor to tank their rating. I don't think this rating is an accurate reflection of how myself and my coworkers felt about the company. Relatively good work life balance for junior employees, easy, good benefits, and great launching point for a long term career in clinical research.

      Cons

      Perhaps a bit monotonous if you have a high intellectual capacity. They tend to favor higher GPA applicants, which I think is shooting themselves in the foot a bit. Many of my coworkers went on to pursue graduate school or a more challenging career. At the end of the day, most positions are a 9-5 office job with highly regulated and repetitive work. Evaluate if that is for you as a fresh grad before committing here and contributing to the high turnover rate.

      Great Salary, nice people and cute office space

      Cons

      High pressure for a role in which you're supposed to be trained and supported. The moment I spoke about the mental health challenges I was facing with HR, in a turnaround time of 2 weeks, I was fired.
