There's a strange kind of camaraderie that forms with your coworkers when you all know you're on a sinking ship.

Cons

This company is micromanaged from the top. Why on earth does the CEO need to personally approve any raises, promotions, remote work requests, ect.? You are treated like a child here. Your time is not valued, your opinions ignored.
