No benefit for women, no maternity leave or flexibility at all. Micromanagement on everything. Low salary in comparison to the market

Do not work here!! Very toxic environment. Very poor leadership. CEO micromanages everything and makes every decision in the company. Terrible pay and benefits- recruiters will talk up the bonus and merit but it’s “discretionary” and not actually based on how hard you work but more so if you’re liked by your manager who ranks you amongst other coworkers for bonus and merit! No transparency. Policy changes with little notice. They do not care about their employees and treat them like work horses.
