They will train CRAs with no experience

Cons

The management sets you up to fail. They company doesn't pay up to industry standards. I left of my own accord and counted that as a victory because they fire people with little or no cause. They also burn you out with travel.

They offer good benefits, the facility is nice.

Cons

The leadership is horrible. Managers were very unhelpful and seemed annoyed by any questions asked, making it hard to feel open with them. Because of this, you learn by asking all your other coworkers on what you should be doing, which offers no consistency. Their training programs need a lot of work. Also, if you don't like working long hours, this is not the place for you.

Co workers very friendly and hard working.

Cons

Upper management runs department based on fear, threats, and belittling staff. Their behavior is protected by HR and when reported we are told, "That's just the way he is, he's actually better than he used to be. Unsafe practices when providing subject care...staff instructed and not given time to change gloves or wash hands, even with sanitizer between subjects. Other violations exist in the department.
