Great learning experience for entry-level employees, nice office spaces, great location

Cons

Low salary, promotions and growth are very slow, not many benefits

We pride ourselves in offering opportunities to individuals early in their career giving them proper training to grow within the industry and in their career. All promotions are based upon minimum eligibility requirements as well as performance standards. Pros

They provide flex days a few times per month which helps with flexibility

Cons

No raises, excuses of why they can’t promote you, benefits are minimal and expensive. My biggest issue is that the pension is capped per year (not matched). You are also overloaded and constantly pressured to take more projects.

Associates have the ability to "flex" their time during the week in addition to vacation and sick time. Medpace takes pride in offering annual discretionary bonuses and merit increases. Merit and bonus opportunities are based upon minimum eligibility requirements and performance standards. We encourage any employees with questions on this process to connect with their supervisor. We strive to be competitive in regard to our benefits including our 401(k) where we aim to provide high quality investment options at a low cost. We have a team that regularly reviews our 401(k) plan for design, cost, and performance. Any further recommendations can be sent to your Human Resources representative. We appreciate your feedback.

Nurturing, good for growth. Many opportunity. Insurance is not bad.

Cons

Small office, abit inflexible in some ways. System is slow. Low budget, salary ok.
