3 weeks paid vacation, can flex your work time, free lunch, free gym

Poor training. Thrown to the Wolves type of training. And poor mgmt. you will be in a cube sitting all day.

Free lunch, free workout facility, friendly employees and nice building.

Cons

This place is great to get your foot in the door in the research industry, however not a place to stay long term. You will always feel like you are being micromanaged, promised to work from home and a constant fear of being fired. Additionally, the CRA managers only want to protect their image even if it means doing wrong. The president of the company portrays an unwelcoming attitude in the quarterly meetings and the company uses scare tactics.
