Young workforce. Fast-paced environment. New facilities. Free lunches. 3-weeks vacation starting. Exercise facility onsite.

Cons

No training offered (experience needed or developed individually). Roles not fully fleshed-out. Develop quickly or leave.

Pros

Lab Supervisor is very knowledgable and very supportive of the techs.Always there to help. She is very professional when dealing with the more "difficult" employees.

Cons

Long hours somedays. Would be nice to be paid hourly instead of salaried.Lab Director is non existent. Lab is not as "important" as the CRO.
