It was a cold corporate culture. I felt underpaid because my pay was based on the low salary I had in my previous job.

We take great pride in our training program for our CRA team members through our PACE (Professionals Achieving CRA Excellence) program. This is highly valued in our organization and we've received wonderful feedback from sponsors. We have a designated team working with line managers and executive leadership to regularly review our compensation and benefits to ensure we are being competitive within our industry. CRAs in particular have extensive opportunity to recognize increased compensation once their PACE training is complete, including travel and workload-based bonuses as well as training achievement bonuses.
