Pros

Coworkers are talented and the mission of the company is meaningful. Compensation and benefits are fair. The scope of work and projects are interesting.

Cons

The RTO policy is a major problem. While initially framed as 4 days in office with continued flexibility, it has been rolled out as a more strict 32 hour in office requirement which is tracked weekly using a dashboard. Your dashboard must be green at the end of the quarter. Days must be made up if time is missed for illness or caregiving even when remote work is possible. This feels demeaning and inflexible. For professional parents and caregivers, it creates unnecessary stress and distracts from the actual work. Roles that involve late-night calls or weekend/international travel are still expected to meet the rigid requirements with no allowance for recovery time to ensure their dashboard stays green. The dashboard does give you 3 extra grace days per quarter to account for extenuating circumstances. This policy takes without giving back. The messaging from leadership is blunt: If you don't like it, find another place to work. On top of RTO, some executive comments in townhalls or staff meetings have been off-putting and insensitive, which further errodes the trust in leadership.

Pros

-The only pro was the work/life balance by being able to WFH, but that is changing come September 2nd. NO PROS.

Cons

-Making us go back to the office 4 days/week when our job has no reason to be in person at all. There are also fully remote people in different states doing the same job on the same team, so why do the rest of us all have to be impacted when they don’t? We aren’t getting paid any more to pointlessly sit in traffic & lose all of our freedom by sitting in an office & not talk to anyone. There is ZERO need to be in an office when we have proven we can effectively do it from home. -They took away our summer fridays -Lowered our monthly phone stipend without any notice -Rarely does anyone get “recognize points” anymore -Very hard to get promoted -Not a competitive salary -Yearly merit increases are very low -Health insurance benefits keep changing for the worse

Pros

The people, impact to patients, cool technology, health insurance through Bind is very affordable.

Cons

Pay is lower than competitors, poor bonus payout, poor raises, impossible to be promoted, too focused on social image instead of patient outcomes, and too focused on speed and agility which is making them lose sight of quality.
