      Bullying Culture, Institutional Nepotism and Disturbingly Poor Diversity-Inlcusion

      Pros

      Brand, Pension, you work on products that save live. Exciting work. Above average pay

      Cons

      Organizational bullying, unethical behavior,under resourcing leading to a blame-game culture. Poor diversity. Leadership is attempting to improve diversity but there is no real progress and so it creates an impression that they don't take it seriously and are just pandering. Inclusion criteria is even worse than the low diversity numbers. Internal jobs/promotion are distributed in a manner that resembles nepotism/favoritism rather than by performance

      Pros

      Delivering products that make a difference in people's lives. Being able to make a difference in lives affected by medical problems.

      Cons

      1. Poor management choices and business management. 2. Good ole boys club where the ones doing the work don't get the promotions or the proper recognition. 3. Tempe campus leaning itself to a point where it will be shipped overseas within 3-5 years. 4.

      Peers are great and want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      CEO was asked about employee burnout because of all the headcount cuts at a global town hall. His response should tell you everything. He acknowledged burnout and told everyone that this was the new norm and that instead of them doing something about it we needed to change our mindset and understand it’s the new norm. He said we needed to find ways to make our job better and complete things faster. Zero accountability, just work harder with less people so we can pad his pockets. This shows how out of touch this guy is with the working class.
