management is horrible ,pick n choose , never get help when needed , avoid this place , PTO is not approved for Mondays and Tuesdays , pay is according to amount of calls taken plus quality score, high turn over

Pros

Get trained in medical billing to go elsewhere that requires experience... if it's worth suffering through the rest of it.

Cons

Absolutely toxic work environment. Micro-managing is rampant, and mindless obedience is required as a baseline. People never get promoted, and raises are pennies per year IF you get one.
