Pros

By far - Meduit has the best Executive Team that I have ever supported. VERY involved with employee relations and dedicated to all employees. I actually look forward to each day that I come to work.

Cons

Because the company is so large it is difficult getting to know other people at the various sites.

Pros

Great place to grow with company, I have worked for the company 25 years and have seen lots of changes. Management will to work to employees, they have allowed me to move from full to part time due to life events.

Cons

We have multiple locations, would like to see better communication between offices.
