PTO, and flexible schedules

Cons

Health ins plan has high deductible and we arent paid enough for the work we do. People in leadership roles seem like they are placed there by who they know, not what they know. The miss the potential for someone else to be in that space. Some leadership members dont know insurance follow up. The office air is set too cold. There is a high rate of employee turnover. Leadership has yelled at people.

Pros

This is an awesome company that is experiencing significant growth and expansion with a growing variety of career choices available. The culture rewards team contribution and collaboration and the technology supports this collaboration. Depending on job role, there are also several options for remote work. All-in-all, this is a fantastic company.

Cons

The fit may not be for everyone. But if you're strongly motivated and fit in with a group of people who care about "doing the right thing" you will succeed.
