It is no type of pros the moral is low at this job.

Cons

Dealing with racism and being touched by supervisors and management including Human Resources covering for the supervisors and not handling the serious matter. The CEO is sorry as well don’t work for this company they will allow anything negative to happen to you while on the clock.

Health ins plan has high deductible and we arent paid enough for the work we do. People in leadership roles seem like they are placed there by who they know, not what they know. The miss the potential for someone else to be in that space. Some leadership members dont know insurance follow up. The office air is set too cold. There is a high rate of employee turnover. Leadership has yelled at people.
