Pros

Very flexible, work from home opportunities, managers are very open and easy to talk to most of the time.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work for with great pay and monthly bonuses. Until they decided to micro-manage to the extreme. The pay is not that great because all the money goes to hiring more people to micro-manage you. Which backfired because it did not improve production at all but it hasn't stopped them.
