Pros

Some people are easy to work with.

Cons

Some people are not easy to work with, bad attitude. Pay is ridiculous, but yet they want you to be 99% accurate. No thanks.

Pros

Paid on time each month.

Cons

You will be called anytime day or night or weekends if they are facing deadlines. No work-life balance. Quite unprofessional. They are sub contractors and I suspect they are getting paid for the templates (the mother company pays for template lines, I know because I worked there before), but it does not get passed on. Pay per line is horrendously low, but that could be because they are sub contractors.

Pros

Company general reputation. Reputation of key leaders. Admiration of products/services. Admiration of other company initiatives (marketing campaign, community involvement, training programs) Company culture and values. Company growth/success.

Cons

All employees want to make a fair wage, thus offering a competitive salary is another way to attract good employees. As Chief Executive of recruitment Berkley Scott, Roddy Watt says, “A good reason to go into the industry is that there is a continual shortage of top caliber people, so good qualified people will progress very quickly and can probably expect a similar amount of money to what they would earn in any other industry at an early age.”
